Made-to-Order Products

Because all Kizazi Gyn products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kizazigyn@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will review your case promptly and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production will have begun, and we will be unable to cancel or modify your order.

Processing and Production Time

All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision.Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and order preparation before your purchase is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your item has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping anywhere in the United States.
There are no additional shipping fees for standard domestic delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. All packages are shipped via reputable carriers and include tracking information, which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

At this time, Kizazi Gyn ships only within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to purchase, please contact us at kizazigyn@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements. There may be an additional fee for international shipping.

Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated timeframes, unexpected delays may occur due to supply chain issues, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding — your order is being carefully made and inspected before shipment.
